The Ghandruk,Gurung Village is famous for short trek, situated towards the northwest of Pokhara - the beautiful nestled on the hillside above the river valley at an altitude of 2012 meters above sea level and inhabited by Gurung’s & Magar (who were heavily dependent upon employment in the British Army till the second half of the 20th century), one of the many ethnic groups of Nepal.

Ghandruk offer huge numerous of Himalaya views, Annapurna south,  Machhapuchchhre, Himalchuli, natural beauty of the area, life style, culture and tradition Gurung Museum. The trek continues through Landrung, Tolkha, Pothana and Dampus to Pokhara.

Outline Itinerary

  • Day 01Arrive in Kathmandu & transfer to hotel
  • Day 02Drive to Pokhara by tourist bus (850m)
  • Day 03Drive to Nayapul then trek to Ghandruk (1940m)
  • Day 04Trek to Tolka/ Pothana (1900m)
  • Day 05Trek to Dhampus phedi & drive to Pokhara (850m)
  • Day 06Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus and overnight hotel.
  • Day 07Transfer to airport and departure onward Journey home.

Cost Includes:

  • Kathmandu to Pokhara & Pokhara to Kathmandu overland transportation by tourist bus
  • Twin sharing accommodation in  kathmandu and Pokhara with breakfast (Tourist standard hotel) 
  • Twin sharing trekking accommodation in normal Trekkers lodge / Teahouse on trek.
  • Pokhara to Nayapul transportation by Car/Van/bus depend on group size
  • Three time meal during the trekking Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

  • One porter who will carry your luggage during the trekking ( Two tourist get one porter)
